Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Production Team Member to operate in our Tennessee manufacturing facility. You will make polymer concrete boxes, covers, and vaults by following pre-made mix sheets and instructions, ensuring quality and on-time output.

In this role, you will read work orders, prepare molds, mix materials, pour, cure, demold, stencil and inspect products, while keeping the work area clean and maintaining production records.

Qualifications

• Basic math and measurement skills are required.
• Ability to read and write simple instructions clearly.
• Good communication with team members is essential.

Responsibilities

• Produce products at 100% of daily production rates.
• Read and interpret work orders and engineering prints.
• Prep and wrap molds, mix, pour, cure, demold, stencil, and inspect product.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Inspect material, products, or equipment for defects.
• Keep assigned area clean and organized.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.

Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Ability to learn and follow manufacturing processes
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. periodically throughout the day
