Danfoss Power Solutions in Easley, SC is seeking a 1st shift Team Coordinator to lead and support production. This role involves guiding Operators on tasks, tracking metrics, reporting deviations, and participating in problem-solving activities to improve operations.

You will motivate teams, ensure staffing, and collaborate with other coordinators to reduce non-value-added hours while implementing RCPS and 4-step problem solving in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED; basic mathematics.
• Ability to perform all tasks in the area.
• Proficient with SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving with a fact-based approach.
• Able to teach coworkers basic problem-solving techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Explain the 8 types of Waste and 10 Lean Principles.
• Motivate and support employees, inform on production expectations and scheduling.
• Ensure staffing assignments and gaps are communicated daily.
• Work with other Team Coordinators to train employees to reduce non-value-added hours.
• Facilitate RCPS board meetings and follow-up on open JDI and 4-Steps to resolve them.
