Danfoss in Easley, SC is seeking a Team Lead for the 3rd shift to guide Team Coordinators and ensure timely, quality production. You will support scheduling, prioritize orders, and maintain standards across shifts.

You will mentor and train staff, drive scrap reduction, and foster a safe, collaborative work environment while ensuring on-time delivery and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

Qualificações

• Collaborate with full-time trainers to improve employee skill sets. Communicate objectives, projects, changes, and programs clearly and positively.
• Support employee engagement by offering constructive feedback on outcomes and contributing to planning activities.
• Accurately process scrap tickets and provide insights for scrap reduction initiatives based on identified causes and sources.

The Impact You'll Make

Danfoss in Easley, SC is seeking a Team Lead for the 3rdshift. The Manufacturing Lead will guide Team Coordinators on assigned tasks and support the prioritization and scheduling of work. This role involves ensuring production orders meet their due dates, maintaining the quality of products passed to subsequent operations, and overseeing that production processes comply with established standards.
