Job summary

Ventura Manufacturing is seeking a full-time Shipping & Production Support Team Member to help move materials and support multiple areas of our operation.

The role is based in our warehouse and dock areas, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, plus overtime as needed. You will operate a forklift, manage inbound/outbound shipments, and help maintain a safe, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing/warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Willingness to learn multiple jobs and support different areas of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility.
• Receive, unload, verify, and organize inbound shipments.

• Keep production supplied with materials and components.

Description

We're looking for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in organization, communicates well with others, and is willing to learn and support multiple areas of our operation. While this position primarily supports material flow, warehouse, and dock activities, team members may also assist in production as business needs change.

Schedule
