Job summary

Ventura Manufacturing in Zeeland, MI is seeking a full-time Production Support Team Member to keep materials moving safely and efficiently in our warehouse and dock areas. You will operate a forklift, receive and unload shipments, load outbound shipments, and use scanners and warehouse software to track inventory while supporting multiple areas of our operation.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, shipping/receiving, forklift, or related industrial experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Willingness to learn multiple jobs and support different areas of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility.
• Receive, unload, verify, and organize inbound shipments.
• Load outbound shipments accurately and on schedule.
• Keep production supplied with materials and components.
• Use scanners and warehouse software to track inventory and material movement.
• Communicate professionally with truck drivers and teammates.
• Support warehouse, dock, and production activities as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Adapt to changing priorities and learn multiple responsibilities.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
