• 2+ consecutive years of manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, or related industrial experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
