Job summary

Ventura Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking experienced Production Team Members to join our 1st shift team. If you are dependable, enjoy hands-on work, and have a proven manufacturing background, we’d like to talk with you.

You'll work on producing components and assemblies for furniture, automotive, and consumer products in a clean, team-oriented environment focused on safety, quality, and growth. This is a long-term opportunity with strong teamwork and opportunities to develop skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, or related industrial experience.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform production and assembly tasks safely and efficiently.
• Rotate between workstations and learn multiple production processes.
• Follow quality standards and work instructions.
• Work with teammates to meet production goals.
