Job summary

Henderson Group in Rocky Mount, NC is seeking Production Supervisors for its bakery operation, with positions across first, second, and third shifts. You will lead a team of 15–25 production employees to deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on coaching, performance, and continuous improvement within an established supervisory team, offering room for professional growth and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have proven production supervision experience in food manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support scheduling needs.

An established food manufacturer is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation. Opportunities are available across first, second, and third shifts.

Proposed Salary Range and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $76–$86K + 5% bonus opportunity
