KingRecruitingServices is seeking Production Supervisors for a bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. This on-site, full-time role oversees 15–25 production staff across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts and focuses on safety, quality, and meeting production goals.

Responsibilities include leading daily production activities, coaching staff, enforcing GMPs, and coordinating with maintenance and quality teams. A strong communicator with food-manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience preferred.
• Ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Proposed Salary Range and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $76–$86K + 5% bonus opportunity
