Job summary

Le Sueur Incorporated is seeking a Production Scheduler for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm) to create and manage production schedules that optimize efficiency and ensure timely completion of goals. You will use ERP systems and scheduling software to develop master schedules, monitor daily results, coordinate with internal teams, and report on performance against plan.

Required: 2+ years in scheduling or related roles, strong Excel and MS Office skills; a High School diploma is

Qualifications

• Minimum education is a High School diploma.
• Experience: 2+ years in scheduling or related roles; MS Office and strong Excel skills.
• Preferred: 5+ years in manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain master production schedules using ERP/planning tools.
• Monitor daily production results and adjust schedules as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align materials, inventories, and resource availability.
• Produce reports on schedule performance and variances.
• Communicate production flow across departments.
