QPS Employment Group in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking a Production Scheduler for the 1st shift. The role involves developing and maintaining production schedules based on customer demand, inventory levels, and manufacturing capacity, with work hours 6:30am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday.

• Associate degree or a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of production scheduling, planning, manufacturing operations, supply chain, or materials management experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to support on-time delivery and operational efficiency.

• Identify scheduling challenges, capacity constraints, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Track key performance metrics related to production scheduling and delivery performance.

• Participate in production planning meetings and communicate schedule priorities across departments.

This is a direct hire opportunity on 1st shift.

Production Scheduler Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand, inventory levels, and manufacturing capacity

Production Scheduler Requirements

• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
