Le Sueur Incorporated is seeking a Production Scheduler to create and manage production schedules, optimize efficiency, and ensure timely completion of goals in a manufacturing environment.

You will utilize ERP systems and scheduling software to develop master schedules, monitor daily results, and coordinate with internal teams to align materials, inventory, and resources with delivery commitments. This role requires strong time management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of relevant experience.
• Decision-making, effective time management, and good communication skills, plus MS Office and a high degree of Excel spreadsheet competency.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes ERP systems, planning and scheduling software, or other tools to develop and maintain master schedules.
• Monitors daily production results and revises scheduling based on changes in materials, designs, equipment, or resources.
• Gathers data from internal teams to incorporate materials, inventories, resource availability, and delivery commitments into schedules.
• Works on production job completions and is involved in inventory reconciliations and reporting.
• Monitors status of production results and prepares reports on results against plan.
• Provides effective communication across cross-functional departments regarding production flow.
