QPS Employment Group in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking a Production Scheduler for the 1st shift. The role involves developing and maintaining production schedules based on customer demand, inventory levels, and manufacturing capacity, with work hours 6:30am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday.

You will release and prioritize production orders in the ERP system, coordinate with Operations, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality and Customer Service, track performance metrics, and support inventory management and

Competenze

• Associate degree or a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of production scheduling, planning, manufacturing operations, supply chain, or materials management experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing environment.

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand, inventory levels, and manufacturing capacity.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to support on-time delivery and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with Operations, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Customer Service to ensure production readiness and material availability.
• Release, prioritize, and maintain production orders within the ERP system.
• Identify scheduling challenges, capacity constraints, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Track key performance metrics related to production scheduling and delivery performance.
• Support inventory management, backlog reduction efforts, and customer delivery commitments.
• Participate in production planning meetings and communicate schedule priorities across departments.
