RTX in Fairfield, CA is seeking an entry-level assembler to join our on-site manufacturing team. You will set up and assemble parts, read work orders and drawings, and use hand and machine tools with close guidance from engineering staff.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and productivity, with a Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities for skills certification and advancement within aerospace manufacturing.

Formación

• Requires a high school diploma or GED (US).
• Ability to obtain/maintain ATF access.
• Experience with basic assembly is a plus.
