Mölnlycke is seeking a full-time Production Operator for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 1:00 AM) in Brunswick, ME. You will operate equipment to produce Advanced Wound Care dressings, meeting quality, safety and productivity targets while contributing to Lean initiatives.

The role offers paid training, a $2.00 shift differential, breaks, and opportunities for growth within a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment physical, background check and 2 professional references required
• Proven ability to work in a team-based environment with minimal supervision
• Ability to make well-reasoned decisions independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication and organization skills
• Basic mechanical, mathematical, and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
• Ability to work overtime to ensure production goals are met
• Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to wear a respirator and follow safety guidelines

Responsabilités

• Operate the production of Advanced Wound Care dressings using multiple manufacturing processes and equipment
• Meet quality, safety, cost, and customer service KPIs across a balanced scorecard
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Lean manufacturing practices
• Follow GMP, QA, and Good Documentation practices and maintain clean, safe work areas
• Communicate effectively with team members and line management
• Contribute to reducing waste and improving production efficiency
