Ditsch USA in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Production Associate for 1st shift to support production by packaging products, moving materials, and keeping operations running safely and efficiently.

Starting pay is $18-$20/hour. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, working 6:00AM-4:00PM or 8:00AM-6:00PM, Monday-Thursday with Fridays as needed, and offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Food production experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math skills and flexibility to work weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and move throughout your shift for 8+ hours.
• Ability to work at varying temperatures (freezer to production floor).

Responsibilities

• Pack, weigh, and label finished products for shipment.
• Load materials and supply production lines as needed.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Always follow safety guidelines and food manufacturing procedures.
• Handle materials using equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Support equipment checks and report any issues.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitation to maintain production standards.
• Collaborate closely with the team to keep operations running efficiently.
