Job summary

Ditsch USA is seeking a Production Associate for the 1st shift in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves packaging, moving materials, and helping keep operations safe and efficient on a fast-paced production line.

Starting pay is $18–$20 per hour with a 1st shift schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, PTO, holidays, and ongoing training for career development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Food production experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math skills and flexibility to work weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and move throughout your shift for 8+ hours.
• Ability to work at varying temperatures (freezer to production floor).

Responsibilities

• Pack, weigh, and label finished products for shipment.
• Load materials and supply production lines as needed.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Follow safety guidelines and food manufacturing procedures.
• Handle materials using equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Support equipment checks and report any issues.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitation to maintain production standards.
• Collaborate closely with the team to keep operations running efficiently.
