Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is hiring a Douglas Operator at our Wayland, MI facility. In this role you will operate the Retail Line #2 case wrapper, priority one de-palletizer, and the Columbia palletizer, supporting the Production team and line changeovers.

You will maintain production records, ensure quality, and follow GMP, HACCP, and safety procedures. This is a full-time 1st shift position from 8am to 4pm on Monday through Friday, with opportunities to grow within a diverse, inclusive environment that

Qualifications

• Experience following instructions and process documents.
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends.
• Commitment to food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Retail Line #2 case wrapper and palletizers (priority one de-palletizer, Columbia palletizer).
• Assist in line changeovers and support the Production team to improve performance.
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure quality requirements.
• Keep work area clean and follow GMP/HACCP/LOTO policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
