Elmet Technologies LLC is seeking a production supervisor for the rolling, 1st shift in Euclid, Ohio. You will lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity while coordinating across Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes setting expectations, building accountability, and developing team members to sustain high performance in an advanced precision manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading frontline production teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to coordinate workflow and optimize daily production.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Proven track record of coaching and developing employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Manage shift staffing, work assignments, priorities, and workflow.
• Monitor production performance and address gaps in real time.
• Ensure employees follow SOPs, work instructions, and quality requirements.
• Reinforce safe work practices and OSHA compliance.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Planning to minimize downtime and align schedules.
• Set clear expectations and provide performance feedback and reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
