Elmet Technologies LLC is seeking a production supervisor for the rolling, 1st shift in Euclid, Ohio. You will lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity while coordinating across Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes setting expectations, building accountability, and developing team members to sustain high performance in an advanced precision manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do

You will lead daily manufacturing operations and frontline production employees, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and according to production and quality requirements.

Your work will include:

• Lead and supervise daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals
• Manage shift staffing, work assignments, priorities, and workflow
• Monitor production performance and address gaps or obstacles in real time
• Ensure employees follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements
• Reinforce safe work practices and compliance with OSHA requirements and company policies
• Partner with Maintenance to resolve equipment issues and minimize production downtime
• Collaborate with Planning to align production schedules, staffing, and available capacity
• Coordinate with Quality and Engineering to address production and process issues
• Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable for performance
• Coach, mentor, and develop production employees
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and conduct performance reviews
• Address employee concerns and workplace issues appropriately and consistently
• Support continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives
• Communicate production priorities, performance, and issues across shifts and departments
