Jobot is seeking a motivated 1st Shift Production Supervisor to lead a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing team. You will guide and inspire colleagues, driving safety, quality, and output on the production floor while mentoring staff and promoting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environment (required).
• Strong organizational and communication skills with hands-on leadership style.
