Job summary

Allegion is hiring a 1st Shift Manufacturing Process Engineering Technician - LCN in Princeton, IL. You will support machining, assembly, and packaging processes, helping engineers test and improve production lines.

Ideal candidates have technical training toward a BS, familiarity with Creo/AutoCAD, and strong problem-solving and teamwork skills. The role offers full-time, hourly work with OT opportunities and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Two years of technical school or college toward a BS in a related field.
• Mechanical and process design in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and optimize machining, assembly, and packing processes.
• Assist engineers with designing, testing, and upgrading production processes.
• Create and maintain process documentation and routings.
• Analyze changes for manufacturing impact and feasibility.
• Coordinate with vendors and purchase materials.
