Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing).
• Demonstrated experience in analyzing and solving complex problems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Creo, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships.
• Solid written and verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques (workshops, Kanban, 5S, TPM, setup reduction).
• Use formal problem-solving techniques to identify and resolve complex problems.
• Initiate and manage productivity and cost-savings projects.
• Prepare and coordinate capital equipment projects and budgets.
• Develop and maintain process documentation (routings, work instructions, setup sheets).
