Qualifications

• Must be able to perform essential functions of Production Operator roles.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn demonstrated in prior work.
• Attention to detail and safety compliance in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate 1st shift stamping, welding, or laser equipment per production schedules.
• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation following company standards.
• Monitor equipment and record operational data; inspect parts for conformance.
