Cipla USA Inc. is seeking an MDI Mechanic for 1st shift in Fall River, MA. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing pharmaceutical process equipment to support cGMP production standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 2–4 years in packaging with repair/maintenance experience, preferably in pharma. Excellent English communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2-4 years of packaging experience with repair/maintenance knowledge.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform functions per cGMP and SOP.
• Install, repair, troubleshoot process equipment (electrical, pneumatic, electronic, mechanical).
• Maintain operating machines and correct malfunctions.
• Perform preventive maintenance scheduling.
• Select and collect parts from storeroom.
• Collaborate with other mechanics for setup and repair.
• Manage Downtime, Change Over Time, PMs and Productivity.
• Complete PMs on time for equipment efficiency.
• Log potential deterioration via parts logbook/troubleshooting form.
