Job summary

Cipla is seeking a dedicated MDI Mechanic for the Fall River, MA area to support our pharmaceutical manufacturing operations on the 2nd shift (3:00 pm–11:30 pm). You will perform installation, repair, and preventive maintenance on process equipment, ensuring safe, 100% functional operations while adhering to cGMP and SOPs.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or GED and have 2–4 years of packaging maintenance experience in pharma, with strong English communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of packaging with repair and maintenance activity in a pharmaceutical setting.
• Knowledge of cGMP and SOPs.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions according to current cGMP and SOP.
• Install, repair, and troubleshoot process equipment including electrical, pneumatic & electronic, and mechanical systems.
• Maintain operating machines and correct malfunctions; perform preventive maintenance.
