Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2-4 years of packaging experience with repair/maintenance knowledge in pharma.
• Knowledge of cGMP, packaging SOPs and FDA regulations.
• Must communicate clearly in English (verbal and written).
• Self-motivated in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good basic math and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform cGMP and SOP-compliant maintenance on process equipment.
• Repair and troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, electronic, and mechanical systems.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and manage parts.
• Set up and repair equipment with other mechanics.
• Maintain safe, clean work area; use Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Communicate safety or equipment issues to supervisor.
• Adhere to Cipla safety policies and procedures.
• Handle downtime metrics and productivity targets.
