The role operates first shift 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM in Fort Worth, TX, requires steady attention to detail, adherence to safety, and collaboration with teammates to optimize production while maintaining clean spray booths and accurate logs.

Qualifications

• Must read and comprehend instructions in English.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as part of daily tasks.
• Must follow the company's timekeeping policy and other procedures.
• Stand for an entire shift in a non-climate-controlled shop environment.
• Learn fundamental machining concepts and use measuring devices.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to optimize production.

Responsibilities

• Follow production instructions and blueprints to complete tasks.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, masking, masking, and protecting non-coated areas.
• Apply coatings to stock and custom parts with precision to avoid overspray.
• Inspect parts for defects, verify stenciling against blueprints, and perform touch-ups as needed.
• Maintain and clean spray booths and application equipment to ensure efficiency.
