Responsibilities

• Follow production instructions: interpret sheets and blueprints to complete tasks.
• Prepare surfaces for painting: clean, mask, plug, or block as needed.
• Apply coatings: coat stock and custom parts with even coverage.
• Inspect parts: verify stenciling against blueprints and check defects.
• Ensure quality finish: achieve smooth coating, recoat as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols: wear PPE and handle parts safely.
• Maintain equipment: clean spray booths and related equipment.
• Inventory management: ensure painting supplies are stocked.
• Transfer finished parts to inspection/shipping areas.
• Assist other departments as required.
