Job summary

WebstaurantStore is launching a leadership rotational program at its McCarran, Nevada warehouse. The 8-week program covers inbound to outbound operations, with coaching across receiving, picking, packing, inventory control, and returns.

You will be prepared for a leadership role, driving quality, accuracy, and service while mentoring teams. Upon successful completion, opportunities for leadership within the distribution center’s leadership team will be explored.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in a distribution environment is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint) required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop practical solutions to problems without sacrificing quality.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly goals of the distribution center.
• Coach and train employees on best practices.
• Analyze opportunities to grow, reduce costs, and improve efficiencies.
• Lead teams to achieve higher productivity and pace with deadlines.
