Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day decisions of the assigned department/shift regarding performance, process and leadership.
• Learn and understand the process of each department/shift, and how they interact to identify improvements.
• Actively engage in leadership discussions and apply WebstaurantStore leadership principles to daily work.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly metrics for assigned departments; identify and resolve operating issues as needed.
• Promote safety and high engagement while ensuring policies and rules are followed.
• Other duties as assigned.
