Job summary

Uline, Reno, is seeking a Warehouse Management Trainee to rotate through all facets of warehouse operations and leadership. You’ll learn in an 18-month program with hands-on training across inbound, outbound and support teams, emphasizing accuracy, safety and high performance.

Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates; roles include evening and night shifts with a strong growth trajectory in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with multitasking ability.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Master all aspects of warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program.
• Participate in hands-on training across inbound, outbound and supporting teams.
• Develop warehouse management skills to uphold accuracy, safety and performance.
• Complete forklift and equipment certifications during rotations.
