WebstaurantStore is seeking dedicated and hardworking candidates with leadership qualities to join our growing distribution center in Dayton, Nevada. The 14-week rotational program covers inbound to outbound operations, giving hands-on exposure to receiving, picking, packing, inventory control, and returns.

Upon completion, you may advance into a leadership role with the leadership team, responsible for day-to-day decisions, productivity, and policy communication, while coaching teams to meet

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leadership experience with a team of more than 15 employees preferred.
• Experience in a distribution environment preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and strong written/oral communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop practical solutions to problems without sacrificing quality.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals of the distribution center.
• Coach and train employees on best practices and performance standards.
• Analyze opportunities for growth, cutting costs, reducing damages, and improving efficiencies.
• Continually improve productivity targets and process improvements.
• Lead employees to fulfil their potential.
