Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6 am–2 pm) at our Aurora site. Join a safety- and quality-driven manufacturing team responsible for CMP pad production and related duties.

The role involves operating multiple fabrication tools, data entry, quality testing, and participating in LEAN/6S initiatives. Strong attention to detail and the ability to lift 50 lbs. are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to perform basic math computations and computer data entry.
• Ability to use measuring devices and hand/power tools.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb a ladder up to 15 ft. and walk and stand during entire shift.
• Ability to repetitively pinch and grasp hand tools, repetitively twist, bend and reach upward and handle small screws, washers, fasteners, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture Entegris CMP Pads using a variety of manufacturing equipment (laminator, CNC, die press, brush clean).
• Perform required data entry and record keeping.
• Perform required quality testing and inspections.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment.

• Engage in continuous improvement (6S) teams and LEAN manufacturing activities.
• Comply with plant safety initiatives.

The Role

Our site in Aurora 500 is seeking a 1st Shift, Mon-Fri/6 am to 2 pm, Operations Associate to join our team. Entegris has an opening for an Operations Associate in the Pads Production Division - an excellent career opportunity for qualified individuals, especially those with experience in a safety and quality driven manufacturing environment.
