Job summary

Digital Room LLC in Solon, OH is seeking a 1st Shift Supervisor to lead manufacturing personnel on a Monday–Friday 5:45 AM–2:15 PM shift. The role focuses on safe, efficient production, policy enforcement, and meeting targets while maintaining a positive team environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in a supervisory or production scheduling role, knowledge of printing processes, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. US-based applicants encouraged.

Qualifications

• Leadership/supervisory experience in manufacturing, 3+ years.
• Experience with production scheduling and workflow optimization.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Lean manufacturing exposure (5S, Kaizen) and safety awareness.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct manufacturing personnel on shift to ensure safe, efficient production.
• Oversee daily workflow, enforce policies and safety standards, monitor metrics.
• Ensure production targets are met while fostering accountability.
• Lead daily shift huddles and manage attendance, PTO, and shift schedules.
• Coordinate inter-facility tasks and resolve concerns as needed.
• Develop and review job tickets and process specifications.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment changes.
