Job summary

Digital Room LLC is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to lead manufacturing personnel during the 1st shift. You will ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production while enforcing policies, monitoring metrics, and achieving targets. The role runs Monday to Friday from 5:45 AM to 2:15 PM, in Solon, OH.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of supervisory or scheduling experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to drive a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in a leadership/supervisory/production scheduling position, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead team huddles daily before shift starts.
• Review and manage attendance, PTO calendars, and shift schedules.
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
• Produce job tickets and process specifications; support operations as needed.
