You will oversee daily activities, coach staff, monitor safety and productivity, and drive improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to ISO quality practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to monitor daily production metrics and KPIs.
• Strong coaching and motivational skills for a diverse team.
• Experience with ISO Quality Management System is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities on the 1st shift.
• Assign work, set expectations, and manage schedules and targets.
• Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Identify issues and implement practical improvements.
• Coach, train, and onboard employees, including temporary staff.
