The role oversees a production department, aligning with company goals and values, and includes leadership responsibilities, safety accountability, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Salary range is $81,373 to $97,803 annually, with a standard 1st shift schedule. Eligible for incentive programs and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required or preferred.
• Clear verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to meet production timelines.
• Working knowledge of MS Office including Excel and Word.
• Proven ability to solve practical problems and make decisions.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads a production team, directing Team Leads to meet weekly and monthly schedules.
• Ensures safety requirements are met and PPE/training are in place.
• Directs resolution of technical and production problems.
• Aligns production area with master schedule and material planning.
• Trains and cross-trains team members on SOPs and customer requirements.
• Provides leadership in hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Fosters communication and conflict resolution among teams.
• Drives continuous improvement and conducts start-up meetings.
• Ensures inspections and work orders are signed off.
