ADM is hiring a Production Specialist in Decatur, IL. The role requires flexibility to work any shift, overtime, weekends or holidays with notice, on a rotating schedule. Starting pay ranges from $20.93 to $21.59 per hour with shift differentials as applicable.

The position emphasizes safety, housekeeping, and operating multiple production and warehouse tasks in a manufacturing environment. Benefits start on day one, plus ample training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production and/or similar military environment preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• General housekeeping, cleaning, lifting, and other warehouse duties as assigned.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, bobcat, skid steers, pumps and conveyors.
• Weighing, bagging, packing, labeling, storing products and sanitation tasks.
