Job summary

Danfoss in Easley, SC is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead for the 1st shift. You will guide Team Coordinators, assign work, and help prioritize and schedule tasks to meet due dates while ensuring quality.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or equivalent with basic math skills.
• Ability to delegate responsibilities to team members.
• Strong leadership, flexibility, dependability, and independence.
• Good verbal and written communication; ability to train others.
• Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and training others on them.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production planning to prioritize requirements and meet due dates.
• Provide cross-shift coordination on priorities and workloads; ensure cross-training.
• Support employee engagement by giving feedback and input to planning efforts.
• Process scrap tickets with data accuracy; contribute to scrap reduction efforts.
• Assist maintenance to troubleshoot equipment and perform minor repairs; escalate as needed.
