Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math, strong reading and writing skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes; TPM/SMED knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and position valves into assembly fixtures with precision; transport to workstations.
• Meet production targets and report shortages to supervisor.
• Interpret and follow engineering blueprints, work instructions, and test orders.
• Operate assembly and torque tools; inspect and repair valves to spec.
