Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to identify productivity savings and develop manufacturing methods across parts and assemblies. You will collaborate with design and application engineering on new product releases and optimize electrical panel fabrication while supporting plant operations.

You will estimate costs, set time standards, and recommend tooling for existing or new product lines, maintaining manufacturing records and coordinating operations across multiple plants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; US work authorization.
• Preferred: BS in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in projects to meet productivity goals and reduce safety/ergonomic risks.
• Drive continuous improvement via Lean methodologies and transformational thinking.
• Provide recommendations for new manufacturing technologies and tooling requirements.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams across engineering and operations.
• Assist with MES deployment and IT security and productivity plans in plants.
• Support capital justification and procurement, installation, and validation activities.
