Job summary

Core Linen is seeking a 1st shift Maintenance Technologist for our Oak Creek laundry plant. The role performs preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, including conveyors and overhead rails, and collaborates with vendors as needed.

The candidate should be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to communicate status and issues to production supervisors. On-site, full-time hours with competitive hourly pay include benefits details to be discussed at interview.

Qualifications

• Must be team oriented and capable of working solo when needed.
• Self-motivated, independent, punctual and task-focused.
• Solid communication skills for reporting status and issues.
• Understand and follow safety procedures including lockout/tag out.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and maintain clean work area.
• Knowledge of machinery, drive and conveyor systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance on equipment as scheduled.
• Ensures timely, quality maintenance and repairs on conveyors and rails.
• Assists technical/maintenance personnel and outside vendors as needed.
• Maintains maintenance log with task status and issues.
• Notifies Supervisors when equipment impacts production or downtime.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
