Job summary

C&W Services in Brookhaven, MS is hiring for a Maintenance Technician I on 1st shift. You will assist the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining automated packaging and distribution equipment, working in small teams to perform preventive maintenance on facility machinery.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least 1 year in industrial maintenance, with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, plus CMMS experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 1+ years of predictive and preventative maintenance.
• 1+ years of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• 1+ years of reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
• 1+ years of knowledge of electrical and electronic principles.
• Experience with CMMS.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
• Perform preventative maintenance with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on MHE.
• Create, assign, and close out work orders with labor hours and parts.
• Collaborate with peers to complete PMs and repairs.
• Maintain positive relationships across Operations facility.
