Job summary

D&W Fine Pack is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician – Electrical to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role installs, maintains, troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs industrial electrical systems, equipment, and facility systems to support safe, reliable production operations.

The ideal candidate has strong electrical troubleshooting skills, follows safety-first practices, and can work independently while collaborating with Production, Engineering, and other Maintenance team

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Two+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience preferred.
Ability to read electrical schematics, ladder diagrams, and wiring diagrams.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to safely use multimeters, clamp meters, and other diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems and production equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical circuits using schematics and diagnostic tools.
Diagnose faults in motors, motor starters, relays, sensors, and related components.
Troubleshoot VFDs and motor-control equipment; repair and configure as needed.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical systems and panels.
Read and interpret electrical schematics and documentation.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.
