Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for 1st shift at our Brookhaven, MS facility. You will support the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining automated packaging and distribution equipment, ensuring safe, efficient operation.

Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues on MHE, creating and closing work orders, and collaborating with peers to complete PMs and repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment and follow safety procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance on Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on equipment such as belts, motors, and sensors.
• Create, assign, and close out work orders with labor hours and parts data.
• Collaborate with peers to complete PMs, repairs, and other projects.
