Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and 5-7 years experience in maintenance leadership.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance to improve reliability and uptime.
• Hands-on knowledge of industrial equipment, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience planning plant shutdowns, equipment installations and facility upgrades.
• Familiarity with CMMS or maintenance work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team to ensure safe, reliable operation at Sunnyside manufacturing facility.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and monitor conformance.
• Coordinate shutdowns, capital projects and equipment upgrades.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Facilities to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Maintain budgets for maintenance, spare parts and external contractors.
