Job summary

Apex Revenue Technologies in Oaks, PA is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for 1st shift to lead a small maintenance team, keep BlueCrest inserting equipment running, and support RISO printers and related production equipment. You will organize preventive maintenance per OEM guidelines and manage parts inventory and records.

Ideal candidates have strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, excellent organization, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Able to read manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Strong preventive maintenance knowledge and lockout/tagout.
• Good communication with production staff and vendors.
• Willing to work in a hands-on supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance: troubleshoot, repair, and restore BlueCrest inserting equipment to service quickly.
• Lead a team of 3–6 maintenance mechanics; set priorities with Production.
• Coordinate with BlueCrest, RISO, and other OEM service technicians for visits and repairs.
• Coordinate outside contractors for facility and specialty work and keep on schedule.
• Oversee safety procedures and maintain the maintenance budget and overtime.
