Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 1st shift in Phoenixville, PA to lead a team of 3–6 maintenance mechanics and keep critical production equipment running at peak performance.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment including RISO printers and other automated systems, coordinate OEM visits, and drive preventive maintenance to reduce downtime while supporting HVAC, compressors, and generators as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Experience leading teams or coordinating maintenance activities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary maintenance expert for BlueCrest inserting equipment
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment including RISO printers and other automated systems

• Manage preventive maintenance schedules and reduce equipment downtime
• Support building systems including HVAC, compressors, and generators as needed
• Promote a strong safety culture and enforce lockout/tagout procedures

Join a growing production team as a Maintenance Supervisor and take the lead in keeping critical production equipment running at peak performance. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work alongside your team, troubleshoot equipment, coordinate with OEM technicians, and drive preventative maintenance efforts that keep operations moving.
