Job summary

RevSpring is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic (1st Shift) to repair and maintain production machinery in our Oaks, PA facility. You will work with a small team to keep equipment available, perform preventative maintenance, and support production through timely repairs.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in manufacturing, with knowledge of solid state electronics and DC voltage. You’ll train operators and collaborate with vendors as needed.

Responsibilities

• Makes repairs to machinery and equipment in a timely manner.
• Completes preventative maintenance activities on machinery and equipment based on established guidelines.
• Reports major machinery and equipment issues to Mechanic Supervisor/Manager.
• Works with external vendors to facilitate machinery and equipment repairs.
• Prepares orders and processes for replacement parts as needed.
• Trains Operators in basic machinery and equipment repairs.
• Facility maintenance.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested.
